You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the app.
• Circumvent or disable security features.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Service in your country.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Entwine maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy. You may not use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual.
• Post nudity, sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content.
• Engage in discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal behavior.
• Share misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for content you share on Entwine. By posting, you grant Entwine a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content in connection with the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require paid subscriptions.
• All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.

6. Account Creation and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not create more than one account.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this EULA, including the zero-tolerance policy. You may terminate by deleting your account at any time.

Entwine may contain links or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entwine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
